My favorite song in the first game!

I have all three streets of rage games, There is a rumor that sega made SOR4 but they scrapped it and sold it to sony. Streets of RAGE 4 is now known as "Fighting Force" on the Playstaton 1, Still this is an amazing REMIX that deserves to be in a videogame.

Do more Streets of Rage

Dude whatever creative idea you get with Streets of Rage do it! I don't care what genre you put it in, but if it sounds good then you got my thumbs up to do it.

Make a song that you enjoy with Streets of Rage

this takes me back to the Genesis days! Man that game kicked ass! You know there is a sequel? Streets of Rage 2? and I think they were working on a third when they lost funding! DAMN! Could you do some more from SOR?

A 'bare-knuckle' dance party...

Yuzo Koshiro always was the master of bringing a little house sound to the Genesis musical world, and this track shows it off pretty well. A very solid version of a classic track. It's nice to see someone remixing a different track other than the first stage. I like it a lot, but I will have to say it isn't a far cry different than the original, other than not being 16-bit-sounding. It's still very good, though, and I won't hold that against you.

I also have a few questions: what programs did you use to make it? I always ask that question in my reviews, but I'm always curious. I'm going to take a wild guess - FL Studio? Also, how long did it take to make it? I'd really appreciate it you could answer at least one of these questions.

Overall, it was a very solid remix of a classic, very catchy song. It was a little unoriginal in instrument selection, but I can't fault you, since how can I complain about such a great song? Keep up the good work, but just be a little more 'out-of-the-box.' Also, it's great to see someone else who adores the first Streets of Rage. Genesis for life!

I'll give you a 9/10, but I will give you a 5/5 since it's such a classic song.

Good old memories

This reminds me playing SOR a long time ago on my genesis. I think this song was in the stage on the beach. Great remix, the bass are great.
