This track was an original idea I had, but at the time, I knew nothing of music production at all. Dennis of MDPSound Productions was the producer to help me with this. This track I have been trying to come up with lyrics for for a long time, but I just can't seem to, but it has a Hip-Hop/Jazzy type feel to it, which is what I intended. So, anyone who would like to use it, I am giving you free reign to do so, just credit me for the track, as it is my property. Thank you for listening, I hope you enjoyed it.

SSJDre responds:

Bass got to you? Happened to me with headphones on, so I'm not surprised. Thanks for the review though, I'm glad that you liked it, and I hope to put out more like this when I update my software. Hopefully.

Crazy percussion XDD

Can I help you with the lyrics ? I like to modify song lyrics, but I suck at the instruments. Collab ?

SSJDre responds:

That would be interesting. I'll have to think about it though, but I will get back to you soon. I've never collaborated on lyrics at all, even when I was writing for a group that my friends and I were trying to make, I usually wrote all of the lyrics myself. Thanks for offering as well as your the high rating.

Thank you, sadly enough though, I still can't think of words to go to this song, even though I like it, I just can't come up with anything.

This is pretty good!

I really liked this piece, though it wasn't without its problems. I think all the segments and parts were great, but I think the way you layered them could have been better. It seemed like you only had a maximum of 3 layers going on at once, and you'd switch between them very abruptly.

One example of this is at around 1:00 with that heavy drum beat that abruptly switches to the sax, bass, and subtle drums at 1:20. It makes the piece sound choppy, unorganized, and boring.

Additionally, I'd work on the sax part. It was much too plain and repetitive for a jazz song.

You have all the elements for a great jazz piece. Now all you have to do is find a better way to put all those elements together.

Good work and good luck!

I thought that about it before, but I didn't really think of fading parts in and out until after it was completed, if I had done that, it would have sounded sooooo much better. But thanks for the comments, they help.

It still is a good piece, but I don't have the original files to go back and redo it, I'd have to find a way to back in contact with the guy that helped me produce it, I'm sure he still has the files.
