Blues lament. Basically a 'where did I go wrong song', and for animators should fit into that. I need to do some animating myself. My love affair with blues is almost over I reckon. I tried to be clean and use the guitar creatively (without resorting to lead). This is very similar to King of the Blues, another basically the same song of mine, but it's a different take. I'm responding to some comments I got here. Comments very welcome. No effects used here, I just got rid of noise (I live by a highway) and adjusted volumes here and there. Thankyou for listening.

It's Pretty Good

But not amazing.

The vocals were good, and I can see you were trying to make it sound authentic by making it sound rough.

The only real flaw this song has is the guitar, it's too quiet in comparison to the vocals and I found that I had to turn this song way up just to hear it. The only time it was sufficiently loud was during the guitar solo, and at the very end of the song.

This was a good attempt at an 1930's blues sound, it just needs a little technical work to be great.

Simply Amazing.

Like the review before mine, I could be fooled into thinking it was from the '30s. Just fantastic, keep on makin' music, man.

Whhhat...

WHY THE FUCK IS THE SCORE SO LOW ON THIS SUBMISSION!!!?

Hey now, this is fan-FUCKING-tastic. Everything about the sound is great. That is, the guitar, vocals, and lo-fi recording effortlessly mesh together into an eargasm of old blue pork chops. I would easily be fooled into thinking this came from the 1930's. Damn, man. For a white guy, this is good stuff.

Thanks San7a, I actually haven't been to newgrounds for over a month because scores were so low, so this is the pat on the back I really needed.
