Basically a lullaby for adults. For animators this could be for a busker you've got in the background in a street scene. Something different.
I mention New Orleans. New Orleans is a bit of an enigma. There's the Animals' "House of the Rising Sun" and Redbone's "Witch Queen of New Orleans", and Anne Rice and James Bond probably didn't really do the town any favors. But it's also the birthplace of Jazz, and as such it became part of my study of The Great Depression. This is fantasy, as I've never been there. This is just a little ditty hopefully with enough respect. I used an old guitar with frayed strings, aiming lo-tech. Not as successful as I'd hoped (not Cat Powers or anything).
