lo-fi?

Very groovy, but could absolutely benefit from better sound quality.

The beats are quite simple, with some variation throughout the song, though nothing major going on at any point. I really liked the melody that came in, as it put the jazz in this song, absolutely. The bass track also sounded really neat, also groovy.

My main problems are that the quality is low. It sounds like you recorded it in a really poorly isolated room, and I'm standing outside. Or something like that. I guess I can agree with Fro and his bucket-thing.
The second thing is that it's far too short. I barely managed to get my groove on, before the song ended. ):

It's not bad.

The thing is it really has that "recording from the inside of a bucket" type of sound there. It's kind of low quality and really just muffled. It almost sounds like a band was playing from the other side of a wall or something like that.

Other than the poor quality I think you have a pretty decent song here. I wouldn't mind hearing the better quality because I feel it's a song that I would actually enjoy listening to as it wasn't very generic and just seemed like an overall fun song.

Hm, you worked on those lyrics there why not try and find somebody to put them in the song? Ah, probably wouldn't sound right though would it? Anyway, they were a nice read that might help the listener get in the right mindset while listening to the song.

It sounded nice

And I seriously suggest upping the quality of the sound, it would make it so much more enjoyable to listen to. The bass was good, but a little the same. When I expected it to do something, it stayed the same, or just did one note. I like the middle though (from 0:39) and so on

I feel that groove

this is very cool, i like the bass to it, the song's beginning has that quick step to it, and the bass kind of sets up the theme.
