The 5th track of the Bubble Gum album
I started on this seconds after I woke up one day
Warm purple blankets and pillows everywhere
Half awake and half asleep...BAM

I really wish I could've added a synth to the track to make it more interesting, but I didn't want to give it too much hype as it was supposed to be sort of a calm track with ridiculous amounts of bass.
I didn't have to lower the quality for this one 8D

Volume fluctuations

It's a great song, but it has some very persistent, irregular volume fluctuations that make it hard to listen to. Does no one else notice this? I'd love to use it if there was a fixed version without those.

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

Haha volume fluctuations
They're there on purpose, and no there is one other person who made a statement about it
See: the only guy who gave it an 8

But no there are certain instruments that are louder than others to produce a certain effect
This effect lowers the other sounds in favor of bass
This means that the drums and the bass will be the ones causing this effect to happen

Now I did this initially because I had imagined it to be bass-heavy before I put it in the program
I was half asleep mind you, and I wanted to share this exact moment as accurately as I could, so mastering away all of the raw intensity would've diluted the moment and therefore...no

Now this track has been widely accepted amongst the majority of the community + it's already on an album so I don't think this is so fatal of an error that I should make an entirely similar doppelganger.
However if you were seriously considering using it then I could make an altered version for you

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TAKING THE TIME TO GIVE ME YOUR HELPFUL INPUT SIR IT IS VERY APPRECIATED

lolol

Reason scratch loops xD So recognizable :D but hey, it's a nice song! Everything is a bit loud and now is your mclass mastering suite lowering the gain: not so nice, so put everything down a bit, the balance is good.

4/5, 8/10

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

For scratch loops being so recognizable, you should know that they sure weren't from Reason
You know if the entire track is a bit loud I think it could be solved by turning your volume down
...but that's just me
Not sure what you mean by "mclass mastering suite". [I don't use Reason]

Thanks for your remarks
