Track #11 of the Bubble Gum album
Heard a sample I liked and worked a world from the foundation
I think this one shines a bit more than some others I've done
Could've done better, but I'm satisfied with what I've done considering the time I had to do it
You're in a car on the bridge to NY. Do it
Also lowered quality 'cause of 8 MB

well!

at least you have real music and deserve to monopolize the funk section .. so good job doing so.

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

Glad you think so!
I for one have been torn because old school funk and what we consider funk now
I try to imitate all the elements of funk and add my twist, but since it's digital I don't think it will ever be as good as the real thing
Thank you lilfozzy for your thoughts :]

Quite Epic Indeed

Makes me think of graffiti at a New York Train Station.

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

Mmmm thanks for the insight, I'm glad you liked

My word!!!

This is THE funkiest oldskool hip-hop style beat I've heard in a very long time!! I am definitely gonna fool around on this track. Props to you dude!! Keep it real.

Peace,
~T.R.E~

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

Hey hey glad you liked it!
I was hoping I'd rank in at one-in-a-thousand at least so I guess I hit my mark there
I had to make a funky track that someone to rip to, you know a jam to skip, trip and get hip to
But yeah I had tried to take a step out of what everyone was used to me doing including myself and do something new.
I can't wait to see what you do, and thanks for stopping by

Jazz, Blues, and a small bit of Techno?

I like it. This certainly does shine. I love the way the horns and the (flute?) go together here. The drums are nice as well. The whole piece just mixes together wonderfully. Nothing here is empty or cluttered. Everything in the perfect place. Very well done.

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

Haha yes that is a flute
I did want to do something with that but I ran out of time
I'm sorta stuck at the techno part of your header, is it because of the synth?
Glad you liked everything though

This is what the spirit is meant to be!

You ain't getting any better way to show the power of NY when they are together to solve the problem! Gotta respect this song, it does do wonders to my mind when I listen to it.

SHADOWFOX2 responds:

I dunno much about NY other than what I've read/seen on TV
It does seem to be a great home for musicians and stardom in general
Happy to hear it works for ya
