THIS IS FOR Robot Day 2010; RD2010

Well, here it is. I worked on this song for 2 months, and now it's done. If you saw on the previous upload, it went through a lot of change.

The story goes like this:

A small robot is 'birthed' and is almost immediately thrown into a conflict of mind. He was born with two personalities: one is an evil, dangerous side; the other is a peaceful side. The two battle it out internally while the small boy suffers outside, throwing fits and becoming deadlocked in this battle. He is then ridden of the evil side through the war he was waging and has peace finally.

Through his relaxing, his body then goes into shock and everything begins to fail. The madness is taken to another level when he realizes that the two-mind body was normal, and all of the previous models had this. No one in the society has ever had this internal civil war waged and as the onlookers watch the young bot convulge. His body shuts down and falls apart: first at the seams then the panels; then those panels broke into the complex molecules, which constructed the fine air above them.

i was really expecting a mechanized "eeeerrroooorrrr" at the end. :D

Well after the mechanized melancholy that carried throughout, I thought I would end it on a lighter note. :D

Thanks for the review, though!

Took me until 0:54 to finally get the 7/4 groove. I'm lovin' the chaotic roboticness of everything that's going down. The down pitched drums were a nice touch :D Well, this was for the Robot Day competition and it fits the part excellently. Good work, mister.

Wait, wait. Random review ahoy?

Thanks for the kind words, ZENON. Good to hear from you again. Alas, the world may never hear a track this detailed from me again. This was just too much of a pain for me.

This is such an awesome improvement over previous versions. Seriously The intro is so boss it's not even funny. Same as before, GREAT glitchy edits. Loving all the background synths and mechanical whirrings. 10/10 5/5

Excellent work.

Did you make this all with just the Amen break? The previous version of your song was. In any case, it's amazing sound design and composition. You don't hear many 7/4 time songs in the AP. Very Aphex Twin.

Best entry in the competition, in my humble opinion.
