Quick custom made song for tehbladeclan's upcoming Gears of War animation. Sorry for the length, but he wanted it to be just over a minute, so, yeah...

This uses Monster Staccatos for the staccato strings, the Sorohampler VST for the guitar in the background, the Hypersonic 2 VST for the lead guitar that plays in the second repetition of the horns melody, and random drum wav samples for the drums.

Speaking of the Sorohampler VST, thanks a bunch to sorohanro for making it and giving it out for free. It comes with really awesome samples, such as bamboo samples, and of course, the guitar power chords I used. You can get it over here (remove spaces):

I can't agree with the fact that it kicks ass I'm afraid. It's really old and clips like there's no tomorrow :P.

And yeah I've always wondered why this song has so many downloads. It's probably used without my permission in some random game which downloads the song each time it's played or something.

Nice

Its just a pity that dude had to spoil it all by by using it in his gay ass animation. I would wish you look luck but im a year late. How did that turn out for you by the way? Nice song, it has that madness movie feel. Its got action in, its got that feel of excitement, in a weird way it reminds me of the madness apotheosis although I reckon it may be a tad too short to be used for a full length madness movie, unless you increased the length slightly or made it loopable.

You planning on making another audio entry for this years madness day? If so then that would be awesome. 5/5 and 10/10

I didn't work too much on this song (hence the terrible mixing, the clipping and the half-arsed melodies). I did it simply for an animation which was never finished, and since it got a good reception, when Madness Day came I decided it might make a good Madness song. I didn't win or anything, although I'm not too surprised. This is pretty short, and far from my best work :P.

I'm thinking of making a song for Madness Day. If I eventually get out of this blasted Writer's Block, then yeah I probably will. I know I might make a Robot Day one with my friend Echo, though.
