In my opinion, however, the open hihat in the beginning is just a bit loud. Great track!

Hearing it now, I do agree with you. I think if I wanted to improve it I would decrease the presence of the hi hat, maybe increase the punchiness of the kick or something too. Anyway, thanks for the feedback, glad you liked it :)
