Sometimes when life it at its most adverse times and we can't get a break, we get very angry not only at ourselves but with life in general. Yet, as soon as things start to turn around for the better, we rediscover how precious life truly is. This is how I feel when I listen to this song.

Highly unoriginal.

The main line that your whole song is based around is a Mixcraft loop. You just added different voicings, transposed it and then effects on top plus drum loops.

Next time try perhaps at least using your own created MIDI for your instruments.

Brilliant!

Transitions are executed really well and it changes enough not to be repetitive. I really like most of the choices of instrumentation too, though personally I'm not overkeen on the synth sound that the melody is first heard on. That's nitpicking though.

Just wondered - Is the melody in the middle inspired by swan lake? I just noticed it because I used to have a music box that played that song.

Blueragebar responds:

Thanks! I personally like synthy stuff, but everyone has their tastes :P

And the melody was not inspired by any particular song, but I can definitely notice some similarity to "Swan Lake" now that you mention it.

Really like it!

I really liked the beginning. The drum and bass feel to it, then the transition into the guitar. Really nice transitions. Nice job!

Thanks a bunch ^_^. This is my most recent song, so I've been able to practice making my transitions as smooth as possible.

I listened to a couple of your techno tracks, and I can tell that you have a lot of talent. Keep at it for sure :)

Awesome

When I close my eyes and listen to this, I imagine myself on an empty coastline, laying on the sand and everything is calm, like the troubles of life are gone.

I LOVE it. Awesome job!

Thanks, Pat! If you like the feel of this one, I think you'll also enjoy http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/337467. The linked song is a piece that I'm actually more proud of than this one.
