I can definitely agree with the previous two reviewers. On everything.

However, apart from war games, this would also be appropriate for some styles of horror games, in my opinion. If you need proof of this, listen to the Raccoon City theme from the Resident Evil 2 soundtrack. With the exception that there is more percussion in the Raccoon City theme, I actually think that the two songs are slightly similar.

But getting back to your work, it definitely works out. I agree that it easily has a tainted sound to it. It can easily be placed into a dark battle or hopeless battle scene. Great work. Keep it up!

I admit, this music is appropriate to war video games in Newgrounds. Especially World War II.

You wanted comments on the style, so I'll give them to you.
I really like what you did here. There were parts in the song I thought it was going to go into victorious fanfare, but then it went back into its gothic sound. Definetly a 'tainted' melody. Also the
adding and removal of the percussion made a nice effect, that of building momentum or energy then suddenly losing it. The strings gave it alot of tension, and then again it was more relaxed. This song definetly lives up to the title, very good stuff here man.

probably the best that ive heard from you from the work that ive seen. i forgot to ask you in my last review, what did you mean when you were talking about vikings and vikigs? im so confused...
