So, I basically took the piano and string bits from the Oblivion song AurielsAscension.mp3, reversed them, and then added drums, bass, and lead.

It's sort of interesting. I'm not proud of the "flutey" bits, though

The bass ruined it

I loved it till the bass came on and then it kind of ruined it. No offense, i would like to hear something like this without the bass

The bass, other than the main melody, i thought was the strongest point. It sort of goes with the beat... ya know?

Thanks for the input, though. Maybe i'll come out with a better version sometime.

well ....

doesn't have to be everyone's taste, but i just think the overall
concept is outstanding. starting with the idea itself through to the excellent
