Hey everyone.
I finally decided to submit this song, even though it is still not to my satisfaction. I will probably add to it later on, but after several months and about 24 hours worth of work, it still doesn't seem finished at all, so I am just giving up for a little while.
But, enjoy what I have so far. Try to picture some lost travelers who happen upon a desert oasis and make plans to start a new life there. :)

PS: Sorry for my horrible wailing...especially at the end. I figured it would give it a more ethnic quality, lol. xD (I'll probably redo it later...with my professional mic)

Usual

As usal, you have nailed the screw on the head (haha jk) The drum back in the beginning really solidifies the desert feeling (Arabian I'm thinking) the strings are just awesome. The horns are beyond my expectations, me being a horn player myself. Your voice is beautiful, as always. What language is that?
Overall a very good piece; the image in the description is very much so what I hear.
Just realized, it sounds almost Narnian lol.

Indeed. I most certainly went for the sort of Arabian, middle eastern sound on this one. Happy to hear that....it's an honor coming from you, since most horn players I know really know their music well. :) The language is my own made up language, Tokalian. I use it in a lot of my songs...well, most of them, lol.
Thanks buddy. It could certainly symbolize some lands in Narnia. :)

You have a beautiful voice O.O

Remember me? I auditioned for the lead role in your upcoming animation?
Well, I decided to listen to some of your audio, and your supposed "Horrible waili ng" sounded unreal to me. Like something you'd hear in a movie.
Excellent job!
