Old school hardcore. Roots i like it.
The drumming can be off, but hardcore (or actually punk in general) is repetitive. It's always intro, verse, chorus, verse. and maybe a bridge or breakdown.
Only thing I would do, first add sustain distortion and TREBLE on the guitar. Don't really dig the bassy guitar distortion. Your guitar has no bite or sustain.
And the drumming, it most likely is the recording, has NO dynamics whatsoever. The snare sounds as loud as the bass drum and it should be louder because it dictates the metronome in this song most of the time.
And really sync in the drums.
Also add some guy screaming violent lyrics, and boom. You got yourself a legitimate hardcore song.

old-school

i like this. has a very old-school feel to it. with some Black Flag-style vocals over this, this would definitely be on my playlist i listen to when i skateboard. nice work man, really nice. it kinda clips at certain parts, and this may sound odd to some, but i like it that way. it's what makes it sound so oldschool. awesome work.
