Well, it's been a few weeks but I'm back! :)
I've been super busy learning Propellerheads' new software, Record, and how to get the most out of it. Ended up having to go out and buy a new computer just so I could use it. :P My shitty lil' laptop couldn't run the damn thing. Lol. :D
Anyways, I've been eagerly lapping up everything regarding Record and how to translate my Reason knowledge into Record and it's been quite succesful. It was a bit of a struggle at first as it just seemed like there was -so- much more to know, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.
I would -absolutely- recommend Record+Reason to anyone out there. If you just want to play or if you're a serious professional musician, this combo is superb.
As usual, please rate / review / enjoy!

GIGGLES.
Makes me imagine cruising down an underwater highway into the unknown. It was nice and chill, and then, the epic buildup creeps in. I loved the main synth used in the buildup, nice and smooth. Only thing I can say on the critical side, the breakdown didn't seem to live up to the buildup in a way, like it was too thin in comparison to the buildup. I think that if you added an extra percussive element to the breakdown that isn't present in the buildup, it would fill out a little better. Other than that, I officially add this song to the AWZOME LIST. This is Trance that lives up to the genre.
hmmm, k, I hear where you're comin' from regarding the final drop. I'm definitely on the lookout for some better fills as I've started to re-use the same ones too often and is part of the reason why there were none in this song.
thanks for the critical ear, Mindsweeper. :)

Hell Yeah!!!
I can definitely imagine myself cruising down the road with this blasting. Thoroughly enjoying it, nodding my head, and looking forward to more!
5/5, 10/10
sweet as, would love to know how it sounds blastin' in a car. I'm a transit hound myself as I live right downtown in Toronto so no chance for me to hear it from a car system. :)
thanks for the kind review! :D

Nice! :D
A little repetitive, but it's well written and constructed. Good job!
thanks peanutfoot! :) I used a fair bit of automation to keep things interesting but I guess I coulda done a bit more then, eh. :D thanks for the review!

Sweet song
Love the bass lines, the drums and the flange sounding synth
ya, that flange sound was a clav synth I was using. the combination filter on it gives it a really unique range when automating. :) thanks for the listen and the review, Donuts! :)

Sounds long.
It sounds very long because it has very little change. This song needs more variety in it. It sounds nice for a while and it seems like you like the sound but it needs some surprise or change in it. It sounded a little bit bland and superficial.
lol, dude, it changes throughout the whole song. I'm not sure what you're listening to this on but it progresses through the whole piece. *boggle* as for it being bland and superficial... o_0 seriously? haha, alright there. to each their own I guess. :p
