Some pads in the beginning
Piano for Melody (+Vibraphone for Song of Healing/Zelda's Lullaby and +Glockenspiel for Zelda's Lullaby)
Full String Orchestra
Woodwind and Brass section for Zelda's Lullaby
Various Percussion
Purely Song of Healing in the beginning (think clocktower when you first arrive) and then it transitions into Zelda's Lullaby from OoT and then back to the Song of Healing till the end.
Fun Fact: First six notes of the Song of Healing melody are a reverse of Saria's Song melody from OoT; same notes, same key...
