This song is about a warrior that is the hero of his military. The song starts with our hero donning his armor, getting ready for battle. While he's doing this, all he can think of is his brother, whom he lost during the last war... While daydreaming of his brother, the drums of war begin. He quickly takes up arms, and calmly walks onto the battlefield... Soon after he walks into the castle's courtyard, the enemy storms the castle gate, breaching the mainline of defense. Triumphantly he issues his battlecry, and runs into the oncoming force. Soon after taking out the initial onslaught of enemies, his best friend joins his side, and together they unleash their fury... But shortly after they catch a second's rest, our hero begins to daydream again of his brother, and quickly realizes that he has to let it go, and rushes back to his best friend's side. They resume fighting, and during this new fight, our hero notices an archer whom just let an arrow fly true right towards his best friend. Shoving his best friend out of the way, he takes the arrow right through his neck, a weak spot in his armor. He falls to the ground, and while he's bleeding to death, he finally comes to peace with being unable to defend his brother in the last battle. Shortly after falling to the ground, he dies, leaving his best friend in dismay.

That is the idea I had for this song, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did producing it. Please vote/review if you did! :D

Me like it!

I really like this! It has a sad but somehow heroic battle feeling to it. This is definitely my kind of music. And i like your idea to write a little story for the song.

I wrote that little story while listening to my finished piece from start to finish, typing as I listened in notepad... It follows the emotion in each part of the song, or so I think. :D Thanks for the review! ^_^
