For those of you who enjoy Eastern-style music, this piece has a few elements of Eastern music, but not in an ambient style that you might expect. This piece mixes traditional ethnic instrumentation with an energetic and combative feel that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I hope you enjoy "Ancient Warrior"

Very Enjoyable

While I'm no composer, I do have a love of music. And having a good amount of my roots in Asia, I've come to grow tired of Eastern-Style music be ambient. I love the usage of authentic instruments. Many of your songs have a great amount of power to them, this one is no exception. I just feel as if the ending is a bit awkward. It builds up, then kind of dies.

So overall:
9/10
5/5
I sincerely enjoy your compositions, and hope to hear more in the future.

oooh

very nice.

Even before the strings and horns came in, it sounded like a very professional movie score. The dynamics were utilized superbly. That low drone and reverse cymbols at the minute mark was extremely eerie and worked great as a transition. The silence fills in the drum line were unique and carried the energy of the song very nicely.

Woah. This is brilliant

JeffHeim responds:

Thank you! That low drone you hear is a pitch-bended didjeridoo- something ive never tried before.
