Inspired by remixers like SnappleMan, Sixto, norg, Armcannon and others, this is a power/prog metal, synth-rock, balls to the wall remix of the battle and boss themes of Final Fantasy 6. Tons of over the top riffs, solos, and pure wankery. Hope you enjoy it. Oh yeah...

ALL THE GUITARS in this remix are 100% sampled!! Nothing is live. I used a sample library called "Shreddage" which I created, and which you can get for only $49. Check it out at..

Metal is all that I need,

Very impressive, from a technical standpoint. I really like the style, although I think it might be holding the song back a little bit. I love metal, so I'm biased.

The only gripe I have is that it's "all over the place", from tone to tempo and even musical style, it jumps from one sequence to the next with somewhat abrupt transitions that make following it a little confusing.
I get the impression that this was intentional, though. It's a stylistic choice that not everyone is going to like, but hey, it's YOUR music.
What gets me is that the most involving part of the track, for me, is around 2:30 when you go into the main boss battle theme, and the tempo and feel of the song finally pulls into a consistent rhythm, but it only lasts for maybe thirty seconds before it transitions into the ending.
I enjoy listening to it, though, and it's definitely going in my WinAmp list.
Great work overall, as expected.

For sampled guitars

this sounds pretty good. Definately better that slayer shit. xP

I hoping to hear some guitar solo towards the end, but instead synth. Bleh, just too much for my taste. But still a nice song!
