WHEN SHE NEEDED YOU
---
Track 19 of "The Hero of Time" Official Soundtrack
Music composed by George R. Powell

In this piece, I first establish an original theme associated with Sheik (which is used again later in a few other pieces). In this scene, Sheik takes Link into her home (in the film, Sheik is a woman also played by Hannah Fiermann), and she vents some of her frustration in an attempt to motivate Link to follow his destiny.

Even though, this piece also includes his climbing of Death Mountain, the piece itself maintains a lighter, softer, ambient sound because the emotional stress that Link is enduring was meant to be the musical focus of the scene.

Awesome

Makes me emotional... and it's only Legend of Zelda. Haha.

Setu-Firestorm responds:

Thank you. This music actually complemented the scene it was intended for very well, too.
