"The Autobiography"
Track 3: "Destitute Winter Talez"
"No point in trying to rekindle the flame, I 've already been burned several times by the love game....Am I to blame?"
The Autobiography "series" expresses (my) emotions through music. The two themes for these albums/series are "Never Look Back" and "Live And Learn" That's pretty much all there is to it.
Destitute Winter Talez is basically the other side of the coin called Christmas, the side they don't show on TV. Of course there are some people who are happy and warm at night, but there are also others freezing there butts off because they can't afford to pay the gas bill, the electric bill, or even the mortgage and the recession isn't making it any easier. There are children who have nothing, nothing but their dreams and cherished desires to hold onto, and they expect nothing, they just want to survive and be able to help out their families. Imagine walkin through a near ghost town, covered in snow, as there are people hudled together trying to keep warm. Buildings look unstable and the air is thick, smoggy, and hard to breathe.
I don't know about you, but I hate not being able to help or do anything to make their Christmas the way we see it on TV and I don't mean commercialized.
~Myke~
P.S. Anyone who can help identify the genre of this song feel free to help, I wanna say Ambient, but I'm just not sure.

Whoa.
I get more of a "Ancient Winter Village" feeling rather than a "Winter Talez" feelin, but good job.
Your trip-hop's gettin better. I've never really been a fan of hip-hop, but I may become 1 of trip-hop.
Great job, Myke.
Destitute basically means poor, so its actually not a "Winter Talez" feeling. The original title for this song was actually "Abandoned Winter Wasteland", but that seemed to cliche', so I changed it. I explained the meaning of the title in my "author comments".
I don't like too many mainstream hip-hop artists, but the underground is where its at, but hey, I can't force my likes upon you.
Thanx 4 the compliments tho.
