Viking Battle Music
*british accent* What a classic adventure It had to be hard.
*regular voice*Its like the story of king arthur.A weakling that completed his destiny!
A song I had written for Almight Hans' now canceled defense game. Pick up your guns, pick up your wits it's time for war!
The song has method behind the madness, there are 3 segments to it as you can hear, but to be very honest I've forgotten the reasoning behind the 3. It's kind of a strange and yet interesting feeling to try and crack my own code. I distinctively remember picking out every instrument and doing what was done in there for some symbolic purpose.
A forgotten jewel, a forgotten part of my past.
Need custom audio made for your game? I'm part of a NG centric composer team called Symphony of Specters (www.symphonyofspecters.c om). Get in touch and let's work something out!
With all that said, I hope you enjoy, this mysterious song of war singing the praises for warriors that will never be.

lol
for some weird reason, i always look for a panflute part in a song. I just like Panflutes. im weird like that. I love how dark it is too, that is my style of song.
Really heavy!
I dig how you used the trombones. They give a sharp and heavy edge to melody in the start.
With the choir in the background filling the void you feel overpowered.
Indeed a very mighty and colourfull piece. I love it!
If you donĀ“t mind, could you tell me what vst or soundfont you used for the choir??
Cheers
Very good Classical song!
One of the very best on Newgrounds, hoping to see more epics like this!
Hm.
I see it as a group of mercenaries getting into position. The very beginning is when frontline assault groups rush into battle, and at 0:09 some mercenaries effortfully push cannons onto the field. The second segment reminds the mercenaries of their own recruits, how they have all become one powerful enemy towards the alliance, because of their similarities. They think outside of the battle, pondering all the outcomes. In the final segment they disregard any doubt as to betrayal and penetrate the enemy's last stand.
