Here's my latest, and my first work with ambiance. It's also the piece that has helped me surpass my goal! A four-minute, thirty-eight-second music track! I did it!

Anyway, to the description. I consider this an ambient piece, but it's more of a mix between ambiance and classical. It took me the best parts of five days to create, and was inspired almost entirely by the first notes in the piece and the rain in the background. The whole song can sound better through earphones as opposed to speakers, but I'm not hear to order y'all. :)

This one may or may not be in my Ikusa series. It'll definitely be in the soundtrack, but for in-game BGM, I'm not so sure. At any rate, this is undoubtedly my greatest piece ever, as well as my longest. This one hereby redefines my [Trials] series - it surpasses even that.

Special thanks to StaticStigma for his inspiring pieces of awesome.

**Update** Remastered the beginning so it's not so overpowering, and added a few timpani rolls.

why dont you put it on a video game.

that would be awesome

Leoshi responds:

I've been thinking the exact same thing. I'm considering looping some parts of this one for an ice-cave or ruin-type area in my second game. Time permitting, of course. What I'm really hoping is for someone to use this in their flash eventually. But I can't rush that, haha.

Thanks for the review. :)

Sweeeeeeeeeeet

Excellent ambient piece, love it, love the little piano/bell-ish doing its thing in the background. The different sections of the songs are cool
Some samples are weak and out of tune thouhg like the big bells, you could have panned your instruments more for a more complete and surrounding sound.
keep it up dude

Leoshi responds:

Whoa, I made something you actually like? NOW I consider my work good. :P haha

Yeah, there are points in this that I still need to master and perfect. I'm gonna let it simmer before I come back to it, so the places that are off will stand out. The bells are murder to get right.

Thanks for dropping the line. :) I think I've found my prominent genre. We'll see.
