After listening to this
I think I dig this version a bit more. At least the kick sounds great as well as the drums are a little more fitting. Actually, more than anything, I think it'd be completely appropriate to mix both versions of the track together. I'd say start off as you do in "The Words" then Halfway through throw it into this with some wild let down to spacey build up into this sound? Yes.
Love the snaps!! You should throw one snap into a reverb flair on every 4th measure er 4th snap!

This is a awsome song. It has that little bit of wickedness in that makes it good.
Definitly in my top 15 or so. Please make more.
