This is a song I wrote a few days, recorded it along with a good friend of mine. Took about a day of recording.

All parts recorded and mastered in Ableton Live 7.

All using live instruments, excluding string ensemble. I played guitar, drums, and vocals.

I like this song. The vocals are nice and clear. The female vocals sound distant when you're singing together, maybe it's intentional, but I'm just pointing it out. The transition after the guitar solo is a bit sudden. Overall it's good! You've got a lot of potential! I'm guessing you recorded the drums and guitar separately? That's hard to do, and you pulled it off well. I did stuff like this in high school, and this song kicks the crap out of what we did.

Hyperius responds:

Thanks for the review! The reason she sounds more distant is because she can actually sing and sings far away from the mic, to balance out her belting, I on the other hand, suck at singing and sing really close and quietly. Thinking back, I could have definitely added more build-up to the guitar. Thanks again, glad you enjoyed it.
