Dante's Inferno Project: Create a song that would suit the notorious story.
Simple enough. I asked a good friend of mine if he would like to play the guitar for this. After only like an hour of recording, this is the final result.
The opening consists of an unusual interval: the "tri-tone", also known as an "augmented fourth" or "diminished fifth", which back in the renaissance era, which was around the time the story was written, was considered the "Devil's interval" and people who used it were put to death.
So after combining the "Devil's Music" and "Devil's Interval", it's a perfect fit for "Dante's Inferno".
Bring on the A+!
What would be funny is if they will play this music in hell as means of torture.

Hey, thanks for letting me know what you think. I know I made it short, but that metal riff was all that got recorded during the short hour, so repeating it for much longer would've been too boring. If I had the time to get more riffs, then that would've lengthened the song. When I have more time, I'll be sure to upload a much longer version, to satisfy your Metallica-length taste.
