Survivor;

this song was inspired by Halo 3 ODST menu theme.

I had a hard time picking a name for this song. This is what I imagine:

A lonely soul - who has fought a great battle and has survived, with almost everyone gone he picks at
the remnants of the war, searching the once thriving city.. hoping to find meaning in his life.
I imagine the scene at night, quiet, calm and void of human contact...

please rate,
and enjoy :)

You seem to have an affinity for good music. This is a nice piece which catches the element of night perfectly; a wonderful nocturne. I love the use of clarinet once again; that's my instrument in both the physical and spiritual realm.

I felt real emotion in this piece. By chance, are you writing this stuff down as well? I would gladly pay for sheet music. This is beautiful stuff.

"Very cool."

Reminds me of the Kinen/in menu theme you did at first. You're doing well buddy. I love the trills a thrills. It reminds me of a game Evil Genius that had 60's swing in it, but that's another kettle of fish.

It was paced pretty well too, just as I was thinking it was not going anywhere it has a nice burst. Always glad to hear new stuff from you.

"What's with the essays for reviews?"

Seriously though I'm not sure if this would be reflective of the aftermath of war, but more the state of war. Perhaps someone reminiscing of those who he has left behind? Or perhaps a soldier who is lost. Unsure of where to go and finally as he approaches his apparent destination, he is shot thus bringing the song to an end. IDK I'm just throwing ideas around :P
