ROSE V - AT MERIDIEM [rendered @ 192 kbit].

I think for the most part the Rose songs were inspired by 16-32 bit RPG fight and boss tracks. I figured this time I'd upgrade the overall quality and arrangement so it would sounds a bit like modern RPG fight themes, like Playstation and Playstation 2 RPG's! It's not exactly classic Rose, it's more like modern Rose or something. XD

It's also the first one I went with a DNB style as well, after four of them having had mostly rock-esque percussion I figure it was time for a change. I think it's healthy to experiment every now and then, don't you think? I also cut the intro to make it loop better, but I'm not so sure about how it loops yet. It works for now, at least. ;p

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!

... Wow

This is better than 99% of modern JRPG Battle themes. I can see this fitting in a final fantasy game. This is totally perfect! My favorite of the "Rose at.." collection.

My player's history says that I'm currently listening to this song for the 134th time. Thanks to you, I've written a magnificent essay. I didn't feel something missing or something odd in this song. It's just perfect in my opinion.

Very Nice

I loved this song. Just one suggestion, can you try to fit an electric violin (or even a regular one for that matter) into a song? I think your songs would get a nice boost in awesomeness if you tried. :D thanks!

More cowbell please

It did the trick. I'm outside beating the shit out of my neighbors dog with blunt attacks just like a real rpg fight!

Positively stunning job, had me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. Nice beginning and ending, and great melody. Would be great video game music and I really like it. I can't wait to hear more from you.
