This is a work in progress, any tips or advice would be useful.

I mainly just want feedback from a few people so I know where I stand with this project.

OMG

This is one of the best NG submissions I heard in a while. Too bad it is so short though.. I'm definately waiting for the full version to come out.
Like mctoast already said, try to alternate your bass some further into the song, also it could stand out a bit more (although it isn't bad now). Most people make a cool beat, but milk it dry in the rest of the song in such a way that it becomes boring or even annoying to hear.
Maybe you could make a nice intro and let the reece (synths or whatever you like to call it) drop from out of nowhere. With your reece, it would most certainly make an awesome drop. Listen to Spor's Clarets March (although you're not trying to make neurofunk), you'll see what I mean.

I hope my humble advice is of any use.
Good luck with finishing the song. Maybe drop me a PM when it's finished?

for now a 5/5 and 10/10.

:D Cheers mate.

Yeah, I'm going to try and make some other beats aswell as some new bass and dynamic synths. I'll keep that intro thing in mind.

I've heard that song before, I see what you mean about the drop. I don't want mine to sound like that but I know what you mean about dropping the synths aswell as the reese.

Yeah man, I make small notes in my FL project by picking out the main points in everyones reviews. I don't get many so it's not too much work lol.

Thanks for the ratings and I'll be happy to PM once it's finished.

NOTE: I'm currently studying so it may not be finished too soon but I'll keep working at it in my spare time.

Thanks again.

interesting, like the sounds

your sounds are "smoother" than a lot of dnb artists use, not so obnoxious. drum clips are superb. i will say that it seems like the project is caught in a rut as far as where it needs to go next; unfortunately this happened so many times to me in the past. As far as an intro though, this is really, really good. haven't heard a good intro to a song in a while, so this is refreshing. i'd say, for your "chorus" or whatever (second movement, more like), try throwing it up in the air, experimenting a little. throw people off their balance, ya know? there's a lot you can do with this piece right now, so go do it! this has awesome written all over it.

Thanks a lot man :D

That was actually a little inspiring. :P I'm glad you liked it and noticed the details I put into it. Yeah, I'll try experimenting and making it a little different.

Thanks for the review, I really appreciate it.
