Well, since I remade The Lost Woods, I thought I'd remake The Windmill Hut too. There might be a little distortion at the end, but it should be alright. Expect more tracks from OOT in the future, too!

Also, feel free to review, I don't mind negative criticism, as long as it's constructive and specific.

That distortion at the end + 128kbps download saddens me greatly.
Beautiful rendition, can't really ask for more out of such a short track, aside from better mixing and a higher bitrate export.

OUTSTANDING!

Way to make one of the most memorable OOT songs even better by adding a little atmosphere to it like the rain in the background. In fact for some reason this kinda sounds like Monkey Island I dunno why but it kinda does. Anyhoo great job and Hope we can hear more great music!

EPIC

sounds like the song that would play in the background while someone is parachuting of a huge cliff. or maybe suicide?

Too bad that the beginning is annoying.

It's due to the harmorica. To some people, the sound would be hurting their ears, but the rest of the song is completely good (because the harmorica fades).
Also, you could change the name from "OTTHQ: The Windmill Hut" to "OTTHQ: The ??? Hut. Nintendo never gave out the name of the windmill. Windmill and Hut have a similar meaning (both refering to a wooden building), so your title is a little meaningless.
Hope you at least TAKE my advice.
But yeah, all that title talk was a little bulshit :(

Hoeloe responds:

I named the track after the one in the OoT Original Soundtrack. It was titled there as "The Windmill Hut".

Also, windmill and hut don't really have a similar meaning at all. A hut refers to a small, one-room building, and a windmill refers to a building which makes use of a wind power in order to turn "blades", originally used for milling (hence the term wind-mill)

10/10

I don't get why people get their knickers in a knot over a title (your song, your title, besides it's correct either way), the most important thing is the music itself, which funnily enough I have no words for as nothing can describe how beautiful this is. I love you.
