Ok one of the first songs I made was called aliens on earth. so now that i am 9000 times better, i decided to do a remake. Now it sounds totally awesome. If you want to check out my oldschool song, sorry I deleted it :D

this took me so damn long to render. So much filtering/ effects. Ear candy ftw!

"Not trying to be a hater.. just my honest opinion"

Definitely some sweet potential in this stuff, but the generic gate you have going really turns me off. That and the drum loop get pretty old for me personally as a listener. But seriously, I'm not just trying to hate. I think if you did something different with the gate and gave some sort of loop variation in the longer stretches it would be an awesome song.

"GRRRrrrrrreat!"

Epical. I... Don't really know how this could be improved except for adding a sorta more endingish ending. Like a big climactic explosion. Overall, Amazing.

"Good song, but..."

date: September 20, 2009

I like this song, it offers some very nice melodies. But somehow it sounds as if the song never really starts. Maybe that is because it stays so quiet the whole time.

Even after the pretty long intro the song never really picks up, which is a real pitty, because as I've already written, the melodies in this song are very nice.

"War of the Worlds?"

It sounds to me like you drew some of your sounds for this from the War of the Worlds movie that was released a few years back - either that or the musical version which is awesome. You've given it a good bit of pace and plenty of creepy sounds, which I didn't think would work too well together at the start, but I appear to have been proven wrong.

A very evocative piece, sounding like there are some invading aliens and as a result of this, the whole tune sounds quite creepy. I think that perhaps making it a little longer would have assisted, as you'd have been able to make a bigger impression. Perhaps fade out the 'alien sounds' and go for adding something like a quiet solo, where people can think that it's over, then launch back into the piece, giving more sounds and more fear for the people below ;)
