Good
I felt that there could be a lot more done organically to the piece. Essentially what you did was write chords and put it into an arpegiator. Not that its a very bad thing but, it sounds very much like FL Studio was the program of choice and that not a lot of thought was given on the piece.
(You should also consider putting this under the Techno listing and 'Not' the ambient section)

Good
It did start off a little slow for me as well... but once it hit that 1:50 or so mark, the song really started to pick up. However, as soon as I was starting to enjoy it, it seemed as though the song was ending. Also it was "repetitive" as previously mentioned, which keeps people listening. I think the song diserved an 8.6 or so, not exactly a 9, but still great :)
