This is another song made by some friends and I, we have worked very hard on this one, and spent a lot of our time to write it all and make it to share with you.
Thank you for taking the time to view it.

"Nice"

date: September 20, 2009

This is a pretty good rock song, I enjoyed it very much.

I think the intro is a bit too long. The other instruments should start playing a few seconds earlier. But the intro riff is pretty nice and I like how you continue to play it with the other instruments playing as well.

After that little break at 1:44 the song gets a bit boring, as there isn't happening too much here. Maybe some vocals would help in this part.

Towards the end the song picks up again and we can also hear the nice riff from the intro again.
I like how the song just stops in the outro. It fits very nice and it sounds way better than an simple fade out.

"Great hard rock"

A really nice introduction, that slowly brings in the metal sounding instruments in a crescendo. I love the style that this gives to the piece, pushing it onwards to the conclusive explosion that is definitive of your sound.

I think that what I didn't like is a little top-end static on some of the notes, particularly the bass notes. Given that the piece seems to yearn for it, some vocals would have been a welcome addition as well, but that's not just something that you can conjure up, you need someone that has the right sound, plus a decent talent for the writing of such lyrics that fit.

Still, it's something to work towards, as I feel that it would take you guys to the next level with this in mind :)

"it's good..."

date: September 18, 2009

It starts like that Mike Oldfield's song, I forgot what it's called, then it kinda slides into some "Godsmackish" riffing, making the whole song sound like something Danny Lohner would do. It has a lot of energy in it but it is a bit repetitive. 4/5

I loved it. I am a big fan of heavy metal so it's probably just the fact that I enjoy anything heavier, but it was set up very good to do a lot of things with. For example you set it up perfectly for some singing/heavy metal vocals to go along with it.

If you write some lyrics for this and give a style to it I'd recommend that you ask Bad-Man-Incorporated to do them as his singing style might go alone with this very well.

All around I felt that you could have some room for a guitar solo or something a bit more heavier as this was on the wimpier side of heavy metal. It's something that sounds more like something you would sing to and wouldn't need much of any screaming.

Overall, a very good basic song to start with. I rather enjoyed the drums in this song.
