"pretty cool"

date: September 20, 2009

The song itself is pretty cool. This does need a but of mixing. the only thing I don't is the drums. that and the bass really doesn't mesh with everything else (sonically). but other than that its pretty dope. great job.

Author's Response:

Like I've said before, the only mixing problem is I plug my guitar directly into my soundcard, and that doesn't really make a great sound.

Anyway, thanks for reviewing.

"Not bad"

date: September 9, 2009

Though I think the mixing definitely needs work, drums are really quiet (except for the crashes). The guitar playing sounded pretty, good (Love Kor's solos as always, guy really is a phenomenal player). Bassline is nice, but definitely would have helped for it to be an actual bass.

A piece of advice would be to try and find a better program for the drums. They sound too fake.

Overall not bad, still the mixing kind of kills it.

Author's Response:

I agree that the mixing isn't great, I hook my guitar directly to my sound card so it kinda kills the quality. As for the drums they're addictivedrums samples, I guess I'll have to get better ones.

Thanks for reviewing.

"nice"

date: September 8, 2009

this was very good, very melodic. but im curious, is there somekind of program on newgrounds that allows you to create your own music? or did you dowload a program and uplaod this yourself?

September 8, 2009

Author's Response:

All the guitar you hear is me and Kor playing for real. The drums and bass were made with Fruity Loops Studio 8, and no, it isn't on NG. You have to buy it.

"I'm proud of it."

date: September 7, 2009

I really ought to record a real take of this bass. maybe someday.

Other than that it's definitely a sweet track, though I think kor's stuff could be a bit louder.

Author's Response:

Yea real bass is always better than synthetic, if that's the right word for it. It still mixed nicely though, and I'm proud of it as well.
