I read through that thread a while ago when it was opened and, curious as to what dub step actually is, I listened to all the examples that the topic starter offered, opened reason, made a bass and a drum line and left it for a while.

I looked at the project again (today, actually) and got the rest of it done. I've been listening to a little bit of Shpongle last night, so that explains the weird effects on the drums at certain points. I like them, and now that i look back on it the song sounded very empty and boring without them. The tribal percussion in the background was just a substitute for percussion because my "main" drum track didn't have enough bass and i was too lazy to have EQ effects turning on and off left and right.

I hope you all enjoy the track, and I hope you have a sub! Keep it easy Newgrounds;

I'm sorry,

correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears that you have left the sound effects on Fruity Loops playing. Come back when you know how to splice them into a real song instead of just randomizing obnoxious loops.

I'd say something but you're too closed minded to understand

I like this, very nice.

I'm not going to rate it down because I don't like distorted sounding things, but it started to get really annoying after 2 minutes.
Other than that it is a great piece of music. I might use this...

PERVOK responds:

Annoying? Like I said, get a sub.
