Lost In Delay is a trippy chillout ambient track. Worth a listen if you want to relax. I mostly create hardstyle or dance music but I needed a change and to prove to myself my production diversity isn't so shallow.

The vocals are just time stretched female vocals and then sliced with lots of delay. There is a lot of attention to panning and lots of LFO work in this one. Most of the sounds are made with the VST basic 64 and tone2 Gladiator. I Made this in fl studio an it was about a 6 hour production.

Best effect with bassy headphones and your eyes shut. :)

Enjoy and feel free to use this in a flash production. Just give me credit. Thanks.

As I said in the PM

This is a really nice and chilled track. The delays bouncing back and forth sound great as the panning. I love the middle eastern feel too

Really great.

very good ambient music. It's chilled out enough that it can fade into the background, however it's also interesting enough that you can listen to it on it's own. Lots of different sounds and textures combine together cohesively. Even the lead sounds that stand out a bit sound like they belong.

nitpick: when things pan from left to right, that makes song a little bit more "active" then I felt it should have been. However, that also makes it more interesting and keeps it from being 1 dimensional. Also, the voice sample sounds like it sticks out a little bit too much. I wish it was a little bit quieter or had a little reverb on it; something to make it blend a little better.

However, those are just nitpicks. This is a great song that could have a variety of application in games or flash videos. 5/5

Ah yes the vocals. I guess they do stand out a little bit. I appreciate the constructive critique a lot. :)

Awesomeme song

I feel like I'm fading in and out of consciousness while Aliens beam me up in their space ship. And I'm playing Assassin's Creed. Nice job.

ephixa responds:

haha :). Awesome. Thank you. I think the game would fit nicely into Assassins Creed. Unless you're getting chased.
