This theme was done by request. Apparently, there is a popular hypothesis that involves Axl in the Mega Man X series going Maverick due to the purple shard thrust in his head at the end of X8. The concept for this was a heated battle between a Lumine-possessed Axl and Zero.
Of course, I personally think this is a very unlikely scenario.
I used X2 samples again. However, it sort of became half 16 bit and half 32 bit. A "24-bit" song, I guess.

Actually the shard only expanded his A-trans ability, and everything else was explained in Command Mission, but anyway...
This piece is amazing, I especially like how you mixed parts of the X5 X vs Zero theme with in your original track, along with the Me Axl theme. It really fits the ambiant perfectly. Nice job dude!
