A request by a friend of mine though I really wanted to remix this one myself. The original form of this song is from Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal, heard in Goldenrod City's Game Corner.

I used a new approach for the drums but it's quite likely no one is going to notice that. I took some parts taken from an old drumloop and layered them with an Akai drumset which I downloaded online. The rest was all done with vsti.

My critique and probably yours: It sounds too empty. Advice would be appreciated.

good, but i agree, empty

There is something missing, maybe add a guitar sound or synth sound

sweet

Melody: 1/2- I think it could be a bit more lively, the instrument could be changed. This is an arcade/casino, y'know

Bass: 2/2- Fits well

Drums: 2/2- Really adds to the mood, keeps the song alive

Instruments: 1/2- Kinda sounds too dull for a game corner, but at the same time, it fits. Strange.

Mood: 2/2- Not bad. Its incredibly easy to listen to, but it kinda takes away the Game Corner mood.

OVERALL: 8/10

Great song you got here. Give mine a listen and perhaps drop a review while you're there. It would be greatly appreciated. Just search "Game Corner".

Unique in a Good Way

I like this new approach. Instead of heavy techno like most remixes, you turned it into something more like jazzy rock, something I think far more fitting for a casino tune.

cool!

....i remenber this. .... pokemon gold forever!
