This is my first track that I have recorded using my current in progress restoration of my Scully 280 mastering tape Console. Moog LP was used for bass, TR909 and MPC2000XL for drums, Andromeda A6 for choir patch. Vocals are mine.

Interesting

Nice job. It sounds as if your struggling to stay in tune or something when you sing, but it works really well, and the mixing is very good. Reminds me of something like a Nine Inch Nails type of sound (maybe you had something else going but that's the first thing that came to my mind). This is an excellent song though. Makes me wish i could put my own vocals in my music, but I lack the equiptment, and funds... whatever. Great work man.

architecture responds:

This is the power of analog. Analog Tape, Analog Synths, Analog Drum Machine. Little if any digital fx's were used to produce this song. Its raw, gritty, and supposed to sound dark. I was actually going for more of a TV on the Radio sound, but with synths and Joy Division vocals.
