Electronic - Drum N Bass

Author Comments

Well after making my last song, Ignavus Velox, I decided that in order to improve I should see what other NG artists go for in their songs. Infinitus Reprehendo is effectively what I learned from in regards to the drumming beats found in most songs on NG. The bass..... Well I still don't think I have that down just yet :P
(Don't forget to comment!)

EDIT: I changed the bass tack a bit, to make it fit in with the song more.

EDIT2: I updated the bass track some more, I felt that the climb in the bass notes wasn't really helping and the sudden drop was horrible. I also decided to try mastering the track, and I admit the bass sounds a lot cooler but feels out of place. If any audio veterans would be willing to give me some tips/link me to some great tutorials I would appreciate it.

Ok so....

The main piece of advice I have to give you is MASTERING! There's too many elements, playing too loud, and playing at the same time and all trying to overpower each other, that doesn't make for a good sound at all. The two main things that REALLY need to be lowered are the kicks, and the main synth. You also need more variation. It's EXTREMELY repetitive. Use more samples! More drums! More synths, Just don't use them all at the same time because that makes a cacophony. It also needs to be a little longer.

You asked me and here i'm =]

I need to confess that i liked more Ingavus Velox than this song. But it's not bad. Look the part at begin and at end (a simple part), this part appear on mid of song too. The problem (for me, sure) is not this part to be simple, but appear a lot of on the song.

Sorry for some possible error on my english =]

You don't like just the drum tap solos? Hmmmm.....
I'll look into that.
