I made a cover of one of my favourite MC songs. I recorded it a bit faster though.

Metal Church kick ass

I've liked metal church for a while now and you did a pretty damn good job on the song.Although the leads could have been cleaned up a little still sounded great.Your playing is pretty good and hope to see you get even better.

FlameMesial responds:

You're the only person I know who listens to Metal Church (they are so under-rated). This was an easy song to learn and I just love it. If I do another MC song, it will be 'Watch the Children Pray'. I couldn't be assed learning the solo from ear so I just improvised while recording to produce different but similar solos. Thanks for the 10 Dood!

Not too bad!

Interesting stuff...and yes very creepy. I dug it quite a bit. Evil, not soundtrack type of song, but wicked nonetheless. It really reminds me off....eh...oh wow can't think, but I know I recognize. I'm thinking Yngwie for the lead but not too sure, and a little Van Halen, only not lame. The rythym has a sort of zombie feel, over all, some of the most interesting metal I've heard in awhile, really enjoyable.

That guy is out of his mind, doesn't sound like Rammstein at all, and I would know. Nice stuff!

FlameMesial responds:

Yeah I agree with you about the guy that's out of his mind! Metal Church are 80's old-school thrash metal (just what I like). I never noticed the zombie feel of it until now! The solo was wrong! I improvised!

Thanks for the 8! if you want to listen to the real thing (all you need is an internet media player) this is the link:

And find Ton of Bricks underneath The Dark.

Chool.

I've never heared much of Metal Church, but I bet this is as good as the original. It was totally ass kicking stuff dude!

Thanks for your vote, GoreBastard! You voted 5 for Ton of Bricks (Metal Church), raising its score from 2.00 to 3.50.

FlameMesial responds:

Thanks a million, Gore! I thought this song would go down in the dumps where everybody ignores their songs! Metal Church is a Judas Priest cross between Metallica and Iron Maiden. I have recorded this faster so I could fit it all in the file size and still keep a kick-ass quality. If you have an internet media player (i.e AOL media player) then you can listen to the real thing at this link:
http://cdzinc.com/32K/rock/M_R/metalchurch.html
but you'll need to turn the volume up (their production is shabby) their song is better than mine because it has vox.
Thanks for the fucking awesome review again Gore! much appreciated!

very fuzzy soundin'

could have been recorded with much more clarity. not bad playin', just very crap quality sound.

FlameMesial responds:

I can't hear anything wrong with my quality, dood! Maybe it's something to do with your sound card or headphones. If anything, this is the best quality sound I've made yet. If you think this is crap quality listen to the real thing (full song for free) here's the link:
http://cdzinc.com/32K/rock/M_R/metalchurch.html and turn the volume up a little.
Anyway thanks a lot for not giving this a zero because people who do that are pathetic pricks with nothing else to do.
