"Interesting use of vocals"

Quite fast paced for a track with printing - printing either takes a very short amount of time on a lazer printer or an absolute age on an inkjet printer and never at this speed. I'll have to assume that there's a large document on a lazer printer here, to satisfy my nerdiness.

A great blend of a frantic beat and a massively paced melody to counterbalance it. Perhaps a little rushed and the beat could have been slowed down marginally, leaving the melody at this pace - possibly the difference between the paper speed and the print head rushing around painting the words and pictures on the paper?

"Nice one"

This is a very good song. The sounds you used really remind me of an old dot matrix printer. A printer that doesn't work completly right maybe, but this definitely sounds more interesting. ^^

I like the fast paced melody that starts at about 0:48, it is really crazy and creates a pretty good atmosphere.

After the voice says "printer is jammed", it sounds a bit as if someone calls a fax (it gives some vry weird noises in the telephone if you do so ^^).

Anyway, this is a very nice song, good work"

"This is sick!"

Summary: This is sick!
Review: Oh god, this is one of the awesomest tracks I've heard on NG!

It's fast-paced, it's hyperactive, and it's an all over fun song to listen to. The track that won in the contest must've been amazing, because this was awesome. I'm surprised it didn't win anything.

Loved the drums and especially the melody. The glitching was incredible, fit perfectly into the song.

I'm really at a loss for words. You know, it's much easier to review a bad song, but when they're this good, it's hard to find anything bad to say.

Loved the intro, loved the transitions, and loved the ending. Great job!

"Flawless :D"

date: August 21, 2009

You definitely have a good chance to win. Great song!

The melody was fast-paced and really cool, and the guitar made it sound excellent. I liked the printer samples, especially the 'Printer is Jammed'. Flawless.

Transitions were amazing too, and so were the build ups. I liked the build up at 1:27. The intro fit very well with the song, and the ending was excellent. Flawless.

Those drums out of this world! You used loads of drum samples and different drum beats, and I never got bored of it. Great variety, great buildups, great everything. Flawless.

I can't find anything wrong in this song. You did an amazing job on it, so I'll be expecting it No. 1 in the contest next time I see it :).

Author's Response:

i actually didnt win anything in the contest, sad face

also, i actually didnt use any crazy drum beats, i only used one drum loop, the AmenBreak, that was kinda the curveball in the contest, you should go chck out the ppl who actually did win, they were much better

im glad you liked it, peace out
