"Are You Some Kind Of Anti-Gravity?"

My girlfriend let me borrow her mandolin.

I made her this. I'm generally not too good with speaking - most of the time. I think this would explain better? I still have yet to even show this to her and i've had it finished (mostly) for a little while.

I think I'm going to go back and work the drums a bit more and work on some more mandolin melody.

In due time.

I get nervous?

It's been a while since i've had a song with an air of uplifting feelings.

"It's a first!"

The first song I've heard of yours where a certain sound was, somewhat more or other, stagnant.

The pads in the back, (<33333) were amazing but you didn't switch them up or anything (which wouldn't have made sense but just saying!)

Really good! :)

I'd leave a more detailed review but my heart is somewhere else today..

But another fave, of course.

"It's nice"

I love it, very nice, very very nice. There's a clicking sound that sounds like distortion, but I'm not sure if it's intentional sounds you added or not. I'm thinking its intentional.

One thing I don't understand -- you named the song "Are You Some Kind Of Anti-Gravity?" -- Gravity pulls objects towards one another. Does your girlfriend do the opposite? You aren't being pulled towards her, but away?

Just let me know the situation.

Great work though, check out some of my stuff if you have time. :D

Hey man, thanks for the review. I'm glad to see you like it. I guess I named the track in the respect of: Well, we're already together. So, we've got that much. However, I suppose I was playing off of the fact that our situation gives me this light-headed, floating feeling. Y'know? As if, together, we are being pulled from the earth into a free-float. I understand how this could be confusing though, with the respects of gravity. I did think about calling it "are you some kind of gravity". I don't know, i was thinking abstractly I suppose. Also, I'm going to be moving soon, away from her - farther away. So that also adds to my decision on the title.

also, the clicking is intentional : D

"First digit skywards"

There are things you can say, and things you can only through music. I really enjoy this song, because it's a very unique way of being uplifting and saying something important instead of your average pop tune. I've been listening to you since I head "Samuel's Glass Delusion," (top-notch stuff, by the way) so I've come to expect that unique style (even for IDM) from you, but this is still different from your norm. I like it :)

I'm sure your girlfriend will enjoy it as much as we do :) Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I understand that. Some of us are better with different mediums. The ways our minds work differently. I'm glad to read you like it, as well as the others. Its also good to hear this is something a bit different from the norm. Its similar to my previous work - different emotions filtering though the production.

I'll be showering her soon. I have some things I still want to change - after listening to the (mostly complete) version.
