this is My first hardstyle track in a while so i hope im not getting rusty or anything...
Made with the melody of Z3tas Crispy Arp
Funny thing though i didnt use the Z3ta synthesizer in this song
Used 2 "Sylenth 1" for the kick and a Punch from the vec3 sample pack then sidechained the second kick(the subbier one) to the punch kick to make it sound reverse bass like
used 3 Vanguard synths (modified presets(silly me...:D))
Harp male choir and a string section from the abeton live addon :"sampled instruments 2"
i think the kick could use more attention
but i dont know....all you big hardstyle producers out there tell me what you think and what is missing

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUMP UP THAT BASS!!!!!! this sont is amazing but it lacks the kick of bass
Alright.
The main synth sounds really weak. You need to assign them to a mixer channel, boost the highs with an EQ, put on a little bit of distortion. Turn off the delay and reverb on the VSTSs and then add them in the effects line. Make sure the reverb has a long decay and a large room setting.
You might want to layer the melody another octave higher to give it more power aswell.
Try adding in more atemospheric effects to like reverb kicks explosions builds reverse explosions etc etc.

yeah your right the main lead is but...
if it sounds weak then its the mids i should:P
and im not using FL studio if you think that:D
so everything is already a mixerchannel and yeah i dont use the vsti built in effects
i use more other vsts such as camel space and so forth
long decays and large rooms are not always right
it depents very much on what sound you are using and other sounds in the mix
the sound i wanted there was a more softer yet hard enough to call hardstyle to kinda be in sync with the soft harp
but yeah there are no golden rules about either leads of eqing and mastering
what you need to do is check out my other songs both on this account and hotplurplegnome:P
i have more defined tunes than this one..:P
