I haven't submitted a new song on here for a long time.

I've completed a few tracks since summer began, but I was getting several complaints that they were all too downcast or somber. A particular friend of mine suggested I make something that would sum up summer itself so I tried and this is what I came up with.
It begins with loud hits from a tubular bell signaling the beginning of summer, the song intensifies throughout till it all stops abruptly. The conga drums try to bring back the motion but the song decrescendos as summer comes to an end.

Don't forget to check my facebook page and fan me if you like what you hear.
Link is in my newspost.

I'd love to hear from you all

Oh my godliness.

I love this song, it makes me want to draw cute cartoons. Thank you for making this! It would be awesome if you could make more like Flip-Flops;)

Familiar?

Where have I heard this before.....Do you know someone named Kana? I'm his brother and I think he showed me this song before. I happen to stumble across that demo reel that had this song and I thought...is it that flip flops?

Amazing

I love the way this song is composed. It feels very much like something Björk would make (which is good), because it's a mix between both electronic synths and beats and incredibly natural, real sounds.

A good example of how this comes together is right at the start, where you have only one instrument, a bell, going, then you start to hear bongo (or something) drums. This is the natural part, and they both feel like summer, a tropical beach (or something?), which really helps reinforce the bliss you feel in such a place. Then, much more unreal sounds get piled on, and everything coalesces perfectly.

My favorite part would probably be at around 1:40 where everything established remains static except for the piano, which begins to move much faster.

haha!

So this is where I find you. Lol I always have been a fan of your music man. To say at least this is a great way to sum up summer! I've been hoping to find more of your music but I've been too lazy to look you up on here but i finally found it.

So to start off, bells were a great touch. Melody keeps up with a great pace. The minor incorporations with the majors give it the great feels of the ups and downs of summer. So to say no flaws in your music at least to me. Keep up the good work!
