I made this particular little number for a project EvilDog was working on for a side-scroller with a main character named "Buster Boy". So hence the title of the song. The project I guess fell through and I never put it up on the internets until now. Now, for your listening pleasure - I give you "Buster Boy!"

Hello Josh Hunsaker, just thought I'd PM you semi-cordially-thanking you for the mixing help over a series of PMs a while back ago. It was on my old account, Suspended-3rd-Chord around March/April 2008.

I could not sleep tonight and I was re-reading my PMs from last year, when I came across your recommendation of picking up books regarding music mixing- I was quite excited when I saw your suggestion of "The Mixing Engineer's Handbook" by Bobby Owsinski, as I purchased it back this April. I've really enjoyed the book, as it's given me great, specific information that I need. Not only that, Owsinski's writing isnt the least best dry at all which has vested some personal interests in areas which I once found tedious to work through.

haha, just thought I'd pm (or review) you for that. Thanks once again! It's nice to see that you are sorta back on NG to deliver more insightful posts ;)

oh yeah- great song btw. Really sweet synth-guitars in there paired with some badass melodic progressions. Honestly thought the "Buster Boy" vocals didn't sift into the track to nicely, however.
