you sort of of derived from it, in that the bassline is a little different, but you pulled it off,
but the instruments are midi and you could work on that to make it sound more professional.

the mallets add a fantastic melody to the guitar's ambiance. If thats a real guitar recording and not a loop, it sounds great. make more please!

+ ...good
- ...could improve on

+Different chord structure enhanced the warmth and texture of this piece
+Guitar and a "bell-like" piano is a perfect combo.
+Mixed very well
-The guitar is stale. The sound is good, but it's short, and not flowing. Add a little reeverb to it, not much. Enough to give it a natural, flowing feel.
+Makes for a nice loop
+/- Nice percussion. Perhaps look into a bossa nova and get one of those going towards the end.

*Overall, this was fun to listen to. Quite enjoyable with the different fillers and transitions. Nice :)
