"Legit"

I know exactly what you mean about the sampling bit. I don't listen to hip hop much (although that will be changing soon, I can feel it), but I still know what you're talking about. It totally ruins the song! It's like "why in God's name did you put that in there like that?!" This song isn't repetitive at all, nor does it take away from any other portion. The only thing I could possibly ask for now are lyrics to go along with it, but this is still awesome.
P.S. I've never heard of the guy you sampled from, and I even tried looking up the stuff on playlist, but couldn't find anything. It sounds totally legit though, and it just makes that much more awesome.

Thanks, and yeah lyrics would definitely make this complete although right now I don't rap or have the proper recording equipment. I'm hoping sometime I'll get someone to lay some lyrics over this piece though or maybe I'll write some stuff myself. Also I hadn't heard of the group either, I found the record in an old stack on one of the shelves in my house and thought I would give it a listen.
