We all know Slayer covered this song. I went with a different approach, kept it at a moderate tempo, to keep that groovy feel that the original had. I was going to add bass but didnt get around to it, also. i may or a friend of mine may add vocals to this soon.I basically wanted one though just with the music.Im still looking to better my Quality and sound ....Hoping to get another guitar in a couple of months.Again, this cover is something i wanted to do,its not exactly my style but i had fun doing it.Now i can get back to my Horror Metal!!! Expect to start hearing more from Pitchblak, especially when i get some new gear!!

Im pretty sure this is 100 times better than the original. But yea, bass would make it even better.

(That might just be me, tho. I think bass makes everything better. lol)

back in business! glad to hear it. I'm lovin this song. By the way... who's Iron Butterfly? Whoever they are, they ain't got nothin on this!

Thanks man, glad ya dig it. Iron Butterfly is an old ass rock band....I think this song is like years older than me.lol I like the main riff in it so I thought I would try and make it a metal song. It turned out ok i guess.lol Rock on man!!!

thanks for murdering a classic the only reason i did not balm it is because i like the iron butter fly version if your going to redo a hard rock masterpeice do it right

Ok, First of all...if you like the Iron Butterfly version better, go listen to Iron Butterfly.Second of all, who's to say that my version is not right....Everybody is intitled to their own opinions about stuff but Damn,that's a ridiculous review.Im gonna clear this up for you and everybody else on Newgrounds...I make music for myself,I like it, I enjoy doing it and if others come across it and like it then fine,if not, then so be it.Im not trying to please anyone on here but PITCHBLAK.(myself)
